Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping at MOJINGS.
Because our products are custom-printed specifically for you the moment you place an order, we handle returns and refunds according to the following policy:
1. DAMAGED OR MISPRINTED ITEMS
Any claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.
If the error is on our part (manufacturing defect or printing error), we will arrange for a replacement at no additional cost to you. Please contact us at support@mojings.com with clear photos of the issue.
2. SIZE ISSUES & BUYER’S REMORSE
Since every item is made-to-order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
Incorrect size selection: Please refer to the size charts provided on each product page before placing your order.
Buyer’s remorse: We do not offer refunds if you simply change your mind or no longer want the item.
3. WRONG ADDRESS
If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our fulfillment facility. You will be responsible for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.
4. UNCLAIMED SHIPMENTS
Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment.
